• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Accept that subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to renewals.

OnlyPearl conducts verification of user profiles to ensure authenticity and safety. This process may include:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYPEARL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clovis, New Mexico.
